Maintenance and Surveillance:- Follow and execute established schedule and plan for preventive maintenance work of Communications, Navigation Aids, Surveillance & Automation systems within the sector.- Inspect or test faulty Communications, Navigation Aids, Surveillance & Automation systems to diagnose and assess the technical situation or malfunction and arrange for corrective maintenance to be carried out to provide a cost effective and acceptable solution.- Conduct initial corrective maintenance activities of Communications, Navigation Aids, Surveillance & Automation systems including repairing or replacing parts or components.- Liaise within ternal and external colleagues/contractor/suppliers/partners to ensure maintenance delivery incase of failure of the initial corrective maintenance.Technical Support and Safety:- Provide advice and technical support to other areas as required.- Comply with all relevant SQE procedures and controls to ensure employee health and safety, regulatory compliance, delivery of high-quality service and environmentally friendly behaviors.Record and Documentation:- Report to Supervisor for all relevant maintenance information to ensure that they are kept up to date.- Maintain records of type and costs of all maintenance and repair work and communicate them to his Supervisor and Sector Maintenance Planning.Policies, Processes and Procedures- Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures.- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement.Skills:- Operational Excellence- Safety Awareness- Teamwork- Analytical Thinking- Learning Agility- ManagementReporting- Air Navigation Systems Technical Support- Business Systems Analysis- Systems Planning & Design- Technical Writingknowledge and Experience:- 0 to 3 years of experience in Maintenance of Communications, Navigation Aids, Surveillance or Automation system.Education and Certifications:A Technical Diploma in Electrical/Computer/Communication Engineering/Science or equivalent is required
