Responsibilities:Responsible for developing the performance of all sales activitiesResponsible for directing the sales team and providing leadership toward maximizing profitability and growth in line with the company’s vision and value.Develops plans and strategies to expand the customer base.Develop an action plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures the achievement of the company’s sales goals and profitabilityResponsible for the performance and development of the sales teamAssist in developing and implementing marketing plans as neededProvide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.Provide competitive, accurate and timely feedback on pricing strategies.Build solid relationships with financing intuitions RequirementsHas a minimum of five (6) years real estate sales experience in the Saudi market at least three (3) of which in a managerial positionExcellent knowledge of MS office Suite (word, Excel, Power point)Has an understanding of using CRM systems Understands the contractual cycle of Saudi Arabia real estate market Excellent communication skills Competitive and self-motivated
