Job PurposeThe Accommodation In-Charge is responsible for overall operation of the accommodation including all the activities and has accountabilities for the performance of accommodation and presentation. Principal Accountabilities• Accommodation management, Administration responsibilities, financial management, Staff Supervision, Health and Safety, Security, Energy management, Reporting risks and safety observation. • Oversees the implementation of policies and house rules.• Statistics of the accommodation occupants and provide appropriate reports.• Supervises the room selection and assignment of occupants.• Coordinates and administer room change process, key management and providing appropriate reports.• Monitors, maintains, and updates accurate record of all company properties in the accommodation and provide appropriate reports.• Monitors, maintains, and updates accurate record of the retail site staff bus transport arrangement and provide appropriate reports.• Supervises and monitors the security personnel.• Supervises and monitors the housekeepers, cleaners, and maintenance.• Attends to maintenance service and furnishing requests and provides appropriate status / downtime reports.• Supervises and monitors the suppliers/contractors and provides performance reports as necessary i.e., poor performance; sub-standard• Supervises and monitors the laundry services.• Prepares Violation / Incident / Accident / Damage to Property Report and communicates the same to the Retail Staff Services Administrator.• Other duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements• Minimum Bachelor/Diploma with at least 3 years of relevant work experience in facility management.• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in supervisory capacity.• Computer literate. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint• People oriented and result focus.
