Account Manager

Manage and continuously monitor account sales and assist in developing a consolidated key account management strategy. Facilitate deployment of operational plans and coordinate internally to resolve complex queries to retain customers and ensure superior customer service experience.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee the development of detailed account sales plans for by leveraging managed accountsIdentify new business potential, upselling and bundling opportunities and partnerships, and participate in building additional revenue streams to maximize profits.Contact new key clients proactively to establish a foundation for future business and deliver as per company expansion strategy.Forecasts key account sales for assigned accounts and feeds this in to the overall sales plan.Coordinates with relevant departments and ensures key clients are satisfied with products and services offering, ensuring all key account related service issues are effectively addressed.Manage an interaction history log for the customer engagements in line with the company’s sales strategies and tactics.Support product and marketing department to deliver on company consumer profits/targets.Coordinate with the Customer Care to ensure that key clients receive appropriate attention and quality level of service.Coordinate with the Finance and relevant business units to supply key client information necessary to perform client due diligence and risk assessment.Work Experience:8-10 years of experience in Telecom/Entertainment sales or any relevant field.
