Account Relationship team goals will be to support change management and ensure that key products are successfully deployed and implemented within the firm. They must be looking to work in an agile data-driven sales environment, and have a strong focus on building relationships, problem solving, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Upselling/Conversion & farmer for the country
- Completely Account management including dealing with the internal teams
- Working with Mid and Top Tier firms – building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Developing and managing the implementation of new, additional & premium products to these partners
- Cross-selling and upselling in order to create more value for both the client and the company.
- Working alongside the Business Development Managers to ensure a seamless buying and implementation process (L1 and L2)
- Developing trust and credibility with the decision maker, key stakeholders and the wider team
- Hitting and exceeding KPIs
- Ensuring the value and credibility of lead quality
- Must be from fintech payment gateway industry.
- Leadership skills & ability to manage the team.
- Strong Business knowledge of Financial Services and Technology (both creative and disruptive)
