Knowledge of French language is a plus• Excellent renumeration package (AED 5,500+), plus yearly return flight ticket• Accounting/Financial background & education (bachelor’s degree)• A fast, forward, independent, and logical thinker who can take initiatives• Willingness to learn and develop personal skills (soft & hard)• Discrete, good listener and trustworthy• Flexible, adaptable, job-centred and accessible 24/7• Strong planning and organizing skills with efficient reporting ability• Expert skills in Excel and usual desktop suites• Driving licence with good driving skillsThe job responsibilities will include:• Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls• Completing a broad variety of tasks including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; booking and administrating road transport; arranging gifting when requested by clients; conducting researches; compiling documents for meetings; taking notes and writing minutes during meetings• Moving within Dubai when to complete allocated tasks; driving and accompanying managers around the city• Prioritising conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on tasks to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients• Collating and filing expensesRewarding package for the right candidate, including transport allowance, mobile phone allowance, health care and flight tickets.
