We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Accountant cum Administation ( Males & Females ) who is proactive, well organized, and friendly to join our Advertising Agency. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY- Manage all accounting transactions- Valued UAE Driving License- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings- Invoice & billing- Handling petty cash- Preparing invoices- VAT filing- Financial reports- Familiarity with finance regulations- Daily bookkeeping of invoices, expenses, and payments- Assisting with managing the inflow and outflow of cash- Bank reconciliation and accounts reconciliation- Documenting and maintaining records of bills, payments, invoices, etc.- Excellent Communication Skills.- Advanced English Skills Level.
