Accountant

– Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets- Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors- Reviewing financial statements and preparing reports based on data from company ledgers or other records- Preparing bank deposits and journal entries to record business transactions- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable- Archiving financial documentation and updating accounting databases on a monthly or annual basis.- Ensure file organization based on office protocol- Processing purchase orders, invoices, bank reconciliation and other transactions related to billing customers for products or services.- Sound academic knowledge of VAT.- Proficiency in MIS reports.Qualification:• Bachelor’s degree is must in accounting.• 1-2 years of Accountant experience in United Arab Emirates.• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills• Proficient in Tally Prime accounting software.• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite specifically word and Excel.• Strong verbal and written communication skills
