Job Title:Accreditation and Classification Section HeadJob purposeThe jobholder is responsible for managing Accreditation and Classification activities including operations, non-compliance action planning, and enforcement for providers to uplift the quality of healthcare insurance in KSA.ResponsibilitiesManage the registration process for providers ensuring completeness of the information in application packageTakeaccreditation and classification decisions and ensure timely communication to providersManage the identification of root causes of non-compliance violations and breaches highlighted in inspection reports and recommend corrective or enforcement actions against non-compliant partiesCoordinate with Legal Affairs for the application of framework and procedures following violations and breaches ofaccreditation and classification standards and guidelinesEnsure follow-up on corrective or enforcement actions against non-compliant providersFollow-up on implementation of corrective or enforcement actions and compliance with standards and guidelines by providers in coordination with Planning and Risk Management and SupervisionManage the development of periodical and yearly reports to provide an update on operations, enforcement decisions and corrective actionsEducation, CertificationsBachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or a related fieldCertificate in insurance (CII) or any other equivalent certification is a mustCertified Insurance Examiner (CIE) or Accredited Adviser in Insurance (AAI) or any other equivalent certification is preferableHighly proficient in oral and written English language (Advance)Experience7+ years of relevant experienceExperience inaccreditation, classification, enforcementPrevious experience in government sector or regulatory bodies is a mustIf you meet the job requirements, please apply hereor send your CV to [اضغط هنا لمشاهدة البريد اﻹلكتروني] , make sure the job title is written in the email subject (Accreditation and Classification Section Head).
