• Responsibilities* Handle and coordinate active calendars* Printing, scanning, e-mailing, and distributing hard copies of documents.* Schedule and confirm meetings* Ensure file organization based on office protocol* Prepare spreadsheets٫ presentations and statistical and budget reports* Perform travel arrangements and reservations for senior managers* Assist senior managers and executives with their daily organizational tasks Processing purchase orders, invoices, and other transactions related to billing customers for products or services* Reviewing financial statements and preparing reports based on data from company ledgers or other records* Preparing bank deposits and journal entries to record business transactions* Preparing reports such as budgets and forecasts to support decision making within an organization* Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable* Archiving financial documentation and updating accounting databases on a monthly or annual basis.
Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience* 5+ years of administrative experience in United Arab Emirates.* Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills* Ability to multitask* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite specifically word and Excel.* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Ability to work with little to no supervision.* Having Driving license of United Arab Emirates.• Skills• QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Hard working, Excellent Written Communication
