Looking for an admin for immediate joining with at least 1 year of admin experience. * Greet people entering the office, answering any questions, providing directions and alerting staff when someone is there to meet or visit them* Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them* Accept deliveries and mail* Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the office or calling in on the phone* Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter* Handle requests and queries appropriately* Produce reports, presentations and briefs* Devise and maintain office filing system* Handling CRM and monitoring other Property advertisement portals.* Submit required documents for each property to get Trakheesi Permit* Monitoring inventory for sales, rentals, and renewals.* Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel and reporting to the Manager* Compose, edit and draft letters, addendum, and property-related contracts.* Calling Landlords, checking availability, arranging viewings* Compile, organize and accurately finalize documents for office records.* Edit property pictures* Manages social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)The perfect candidate should have a good command over the English language. Should be able to draft emails and communicate with the team and also the clients.Should be well versed with working on excel.Should be able to do the office work on a day to day basis.Email your resume to or CALL
