We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, be able to multi-task and have a good understanding of office administration.CAN JOIN IMMEDIATELYRESPONSIBILITIES:Assisting the clients with their inquiries.Manage the CEO’s schedule, including scheduling meetings, and appointments.Create designs and concepts for company events, websites, and social media platforms.Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.Generating invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.Maintain and update documentation and filing system.Maintain office cleanliness.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:Computer literate (MS WORD, Excel, Publisher, etc.) with some knowledge in photo editing and video making.Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.Resourcefulness to work independently, hold self-accountable, and be a self-initiator.Self-motivated, proactive, and organized.
