Job responsibilities include:• Dealing with Ticketing and Tours booking.• Handling incoming calls and other communications• Greeting visitors as needed• Managing and organizing meetings and appointments with the Manager• Recording information as needed• Resolve administrative problems including office related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues• Organizing and maintaining office common areas• Performing general office clerical duties and tasks• Maintaining office equipment as needed• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies• Take up other duties as assigned
