Administrator Assistant

Assists in the efficient operation of the school so that a maximum positive impact can be made on the education of Students.Required: • Excellent verbal and written communication Skills.• Able to work individually and as part of a team.• Able to concentrate for long periods of time.• Ability to multitask and attention to detail.• Good Command of English language.Responsibilities: •Assists in school office operations.• Operates standard office equipment• Assists in enrolling new students, withdrawing students, and updating student information.• Assists in exams logistic preparation.• Compiles attendance reports and/or computerized programs as directed.• Maintains accurate and up to date permanent records as directed.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Assists in maintaining an inventory of supplies and equipment as directed.• Helps arranging for school meetings and events and scheduling appointment• Receives and appropriately dispense supplies and compile record of such.• Receives and distribute circulars• Scheduling the use of the building.• Provides students care as necessary and contacting parents as directed• Other duties as may be assigned by the school administration.
