Please take the following into consideration:It will be a full time job, 9AM-5PM (there will be instances you will have to come in after-hours)(in case of move ins or move outs). You will be managing the cleaners as well. You can take a lunch break whenever you want as long as productivity isn’t effected (for example potential leads for our business). The company prefers you physically come in for check ins and check outs, most of your work will be remote (putting up ads and managing Airbnb). Especially the first week, it is important you come in and learn as much as you can about the area and come up with a strategy on leasing and rentals. As long as all the apartments are leased out and/or Airbnb, you are not required to come in physically. Your first 90 days will be probationary. Pay will be AED 4500 + commission per lease (we can discuss removing this in future for a higher pay depending on productivity you provide the company) Visa will not be provided As the company expands, we can look into a raise as well, it all depends on how well you perform. See below for full job description:Role Description:You will have the unique opportunity to drive success to portfolio of apartments and will support the development and execution of new leases/bookings, and support advertising and marketing activities to help achieve top revenue.Responsibilities:Leasing/BookingSupport the overall leasing/booking of portfolio, evaluating and monitoring metrics that include vacancy, leases and move-ins;Respond to all leasing inquiries, securing appointments to view units and update/record activity in excel;Conduct tours and show available suites to prospective renters;Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of competition;Conduct background checks, credit checks and ensure timely notification is provided to all applicants of the application status;Facilitate the signing of all leases, schedules and assignments. Marketing:Maintain a working knowledge of competitive buildings and conduct monthly market surveys of these properties;Provide feedback and recommendations on rental rates, promotions and overall market conditions with a view to maximizing revenue;Perform other duties related to leasing, marketing, and administration as required. Administration and Reporting:Generate reports on vacancy, traffic, and other metrics on a bi-weekly and adhoc basis; Maintenance:Coordinate reservations of elevators for move-ins and move-outs;Inspect all vacant suites daily to ensure suites are in optimal condition for showings/appointments;Actively monitor deficiencies in suitesArrange for cleaning of suites Other:Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
