A private ART & CULTURE FOUNDATION is looking for Project Coordinator.Job DescriptionOrganizing special events related to the arts, collecting and developing informationrelated to arts‐related initiatives within the community & with Foreign Artists from othercountries. Research, implement and monitor project plans. Administrate, allocate andwork within the agreed project budgets. Produce reports to ensure that all parties arefully informed about the progress of programs and projects. Monitor, document andevaluate all programs undertaken in accordance with Junction Arts’ and founder’srequirements. Determine the human and physical resources needed for projects andensure that they are available at the appropriate time. Ensure effective marketing andpublicity for programs and projects. Day-to-day management of projects and personnelinvolved. Contribute to Junction Arts’ core marketing and promotion as agreed. Attendevents, projects and meetings on behalf of Junction Arts where appropriate.Qualifications:-1- Knowledge of the contemporary art field and socially engaged practices.2- Quality written and verbal communications skills.3- Experienced in contemporary foundation setting desired.4- Ability to engage with multiple communities.5- Knowledge of Mac platform and Microsoft office software.6 – Bachelor Degree holder.7 – Fluent in English language.Note: Interested Candidates can apply by Sending Resume to Email: Yassas1(at)yahoo(dot)com
