Title: Assistant Finance ManagerReport to (direct): Director of FinanceJob Level: 5Location: Riyadh, KSAPackage: SAR 13090 – SAR 18700Workdays per week: 6 daysHours per day: 9 hours / Day Including 1 Hour BreakAnnual Leave: 30 Calendar Days/ YearMedical Insurance: Provided equivalent to Saudi NationalsAccommodation: will get 25% of salary as accommodation allowance Food, laundry and transportation to office will be provided***** Saudi Nationals only due to Saudization****General Competencies:Understanding the BusinessPlanning for BusinessValuing DiversityCustomer FocusJob Summary:The Assistant Finance Manager will support the Finance Manager and the Finance department in the daily Finance tasks and coordinate with Operation teams and other Senior based on job listings we analyzed.General Duties and Responsibilities:• Managing Cash Flow: Assistant Finance Managers manage the cash flow and supervise financial transactions within the company to ensure there are no discrepancies in reports.• Maintaining Spreadsheets: Assistant Finance Managers interact regularly with financial staff and heads of departments to ensure spreadsheets are up to date each month and at year end, as well as reporting on the financial profit and loss incurred on a weekly or yearly basis.• Updating Finances for Purchase Requests: Assistant Finance Manager help accountants and the manager to contact people within the company to update records for financial requests for purchase orders, making sure all documents are accurate.• Assist with Strategic Plans: On a regular basis, assistant finance managers meet with the Head of Departments and the financial manager to develop strategic plans, forecasting and Budgeting processes.• Month end processes: On monthly basis ensure the smooth processes of accurately reporting the month end closing processes and follow up monthly on the month end reconciliation processes and follow up on open items to resolve.• Obtaining Financial Data from Teams: Assistant Finance Managers work with teams in the company to obtain financial data, such as the expenses incurred throughout the month, so that records can be updated for accurate• Other tasks: Assist the Finance Manager to control payroll matters, Complete VAT and tax filings and to maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities.
