We are looking for a high-level Graphic designer and Photography who will assist the Marketing Manager and the marketing &sales department.Responsibilities:As a Photographer, you will:• Direct talent on location and work collaboratively with other team members• Create briefs for photoshoots• Manage workload to meet deadlines• Collaborate with in-house team members to create content that propels the brand forward.As a Graphic Designer, you will:• Create content for Instagram social media • Oversee the post-production retouching process• Perform color correction, compositing, masking, sharpening, resizing, edit in multiple color profiles• Prepare, name, and file all images according to production processes• Collaborate with Brand Directors and Videographers to create photoshoots that are in line with the ASRV aesthetic.• Strong knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite – primarily Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.• Proficiency in Web designing (WordPress, HTML, CSS, green viewer,…).• Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies.As a Marketing Manager assistant, you will: • You should be a Creative Digital Designer & Marketing Executive with innovative ideas and a unique approach to Web & Graphic Design and Digital Marketing.• Experience in marketing and advertising materials such as collaterals, and social media, developing websites, and managing digital ads and SEO. • Working with digital media outlets such as social media channels, blogs, video-sharing sites, and news websites to promote products or services• Implement marketing plans, including creating advertisements for different media channels and buying ad space in order to promote a product or service• Research current trends and competitor offerings in order to develop new products/services or improve existing offerings• Effective communication skillsRequirements:• Marketing background with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the marketing field.• Degree in Web Design & Animation or related field.• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic designing and web development.• Experience working in the technology industry.• Experience with graphic design, web design, and video production.• Familiarity with marketing automation software, such as Market or HubSpot.• Experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
