Job PurposeTo manage the product pricing, business requirement identification, road mapping, planning and monitoring of Tabadul’s Products in alignment with the Account Manager Job Role: Scope and ImpactCollaborates with the section head to define objectives and annual plans for the team which is in alignment with the strategy for the functionResponsible for the operations of the team through effective execution of the annual plan in the area of responsibilityMonitors achievement of objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team belowProvides effective feedback to the team below and guides team members to enhance their performance level Complexity of WorkAnalyzes operational issues, identifies problems and develops plan to overcome the same within the scope of the sectionRecommends changes to existing methods and techniques by drawing from personal experiences and feedback to bring in effectiveness and efficiency in the team Knowledge Possesses team leadership skillsets and advanced knowledge of specific professional discipline Key ResponsibilitiesLiaise with the Customers to identify business requirements and prepare the related Business Requirement Document (BRD) in relation with Account ManagerMange the market and competitor research and analysis to identify key trends that will feed into product pricingSupervise the benchmarking of the product performance against competition and industry best practicesLead the gathering and identification of the business requirements and features requests to formulate the product scopeManage the product pricing of products by utilizing primary market research, competitor analysis, anticipating sales forecasts and market trends in line with Tabadul’s strategic objectivesDevelop the go-to market plan including pricing design and competitive positioning in coordination with relevant internal and external stakeholders.Manage the user acceptance testing (UAT) of the product with the BA/UAT team to ensure the functionality and capability of the product, the adherence to business requirements, and the customer acceptance of product.Supervise the consolidation the continuous collection of data on product utilization in order to monitor performance and gain insights on the most utilized features of Tabadul products and services.Manage the initiatives in addressing the provision of effective customer support in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders and drive continued product successLead the competitor assessment initiatives by comparing Tabadul’s products and services to competitors.Any other tasks requested by the Director of Product Management. Required QualificationsAcademic Qualifications and Professional ExperienceMinimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any relevant field is preferable.5 years of relevant is preferable.Candidates with proven experience in marketplace products, delivery apps, as well as logistics are preferred
