The candidate will be familiar with our competitive advantages as an organization and will be able to communicate those to our benefit throughout the bidding process.ResponsibilitiesMaintain knowledge of competitive advantages in the industry to aid bidding processResolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing informationObtain accurate quotes for materials and systems to establish accurate cost estimatesPreparing Project BOQ for pricing and estimation such as Kitchens, Vanities, Wall & Floor.Preparing Shop drawings, book matching for client approvalPreparing monthly progress reports and invoices for on-going projectMust have knowledge about Marble, Quartz, Porcelain etc.Autocad software is compulsory.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering equivalent experienceSolid understanding of BOQFamiliarity with blueprints and ability to read drawings and plans.5-7 years’ of stone related experience preferred in UAE
