Job Purpose:The job purpose of this position is to : Support Head of Business Excellence. Key Accountabilities:Support Head of Business Excellence to review the existing practices, polices and processes for improvement through Business Process Reengineering (BPR).To ensure application of policies & procedures throughout the life cycle of critical changes & projects assigned by Head of Business Excellence.To support the Project/Business Managers in managing required documentation for critical project or change.To Support Head of Business Excellence and Compliance Mangers to manage execution of regulatory changes and observations.To support business in maintaining track & status of critical projects or changes.To help Business Manager in capturing KPIs for their critical projects or initiatives.To help Business Managers in strategizing & prioritizing initiatives.To analyse work flows for processes assigned by Head Business Excellence and develop As-IS and To-be processes based upon Gap analysis.Support Head of Business Excellence on implementing continuous improvement methodology to bring in efficiency and to find efficient alternatives.To carry out PIR (Post Implementation Review) on Critical Projects & Changes assigned by Head of Business Excellence.To support Project/Business Managers in managing exceptions in project or initiative execution.Support Head of Business Excellence in ensuring proper integration of all critical project & change functions to provide seamless delivery.Support Business Managers in their change execution process through tracking & monitoring of each CR from the creation till the implementation.Develop Customer journeys related to critical customer episodes assigned by Head of Business Excellence.Develop market performance dashboard based upon information related to competitors in public domain. Conduct different simulation to develop forecasting models on spread sheets.Look for opportunities of digitization and customer centricity and develop work plan based upon identified potentials.Furnish MIS reports (in line with KPI’s) on ‘ad-hoc’ and periodic basis to Head of business excellence.Handle any additional tasks and duties assigned by Head of Business Excellence.Minimum QualificationAt least Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration, finance, or IT.
