Our Client in Riyadh City Need Sales & Business Development ResponsibilitiesManaging both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities (Government & Corporate Biddings)Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnershipsIdentify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targetsDevelop strategies and positions by analyzing new venture integrationAssist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategiesTeam player and demonstrating leadership at the same timeMonitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategyManage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sourcesGenerate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals inline with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logisticsDevelop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the companySupport deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposalsMaintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentationsQualificationsBCs degree in Business Management or MarketingMinimum experience of 3-4 years preferably in Travel/Tourism and Hospitality industryProven track record of sealing Government/Corporate biddingsProfessional B2B experience with strong negotiation skillsStrong communication skillsAbility to find room for business and self-improvement consistentlyAbility to understand the business needs and opportunities with creative ways of cross-selling chancesStrong reporting skills including visual reportingA business focused way of thinking and a strong hands-on, results driven mentalityExcellent knowledge in MS Office application specially in Excel/Spreadsheets, GDS/Power BI is a plusA great deal of personal initiative, creativity, decisiveness and team spiritExcellent English skillsSaudi Nationality
