We are seeking a skilled and experienced bouncer to join our team. As a bouncer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff. Your primary duty will be to ensure that no unauthorized individuals enter the premises and to maintain order throughout the establishment.Job Requirements:Must be at least 21 -29years oldMust be physically fit and able to stand for extended periods of timeMust be at least 6 feet tallMust have excellent communication and interpersonal skillsMust be able to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalismMust have a valid security license or be willing to obtain oneMust be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as neededJob Duties:Verify the age and identification of guests to ensure they meet the legal requirements to enter the establishmentMaintain a visible and active presence on the premises to deter unwanted behavior and to respond to any incidents that may ariseManage crowds and ensure that everyone inside the establishment is following the rules and regulationsEscort unruly guests out of the establishment if necessary and prevent them from re-enteringCoordinate with local law enforcement if needed to handle any serious incidents or emergenciesProvide exceptional customer service to guests and staffComplete all necessary paperwork and documentation related to security and safety incidents
