Overall PurposeManage all operations of a branches, building relationship with customers and the community. Also creating and implementing strategies to improve productivity and performance to achieve goals of the branches.ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day management and supervision to section heads and direct reports and support them in achieving their operational objectives.Supports in monitoring KPIs relevant to the area to control the performance against objectives and targets.Ensures the policies and procedures are created, implemented and aligned to the corporate policiesPrioritizes and supports in allocating budgets and resourcesActively manage talent management programs in own department to maximize employee performance and development.Manage implementation of KPIs requiredMonitor & supervised of the O&M Contractors.Manages and supervises the Branch employees.Responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership.Assisting to resolve customer and employee satisfaction issues immediately.Commitment to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations.Preparing reports, Problem solving approach.Ensure compliance to Industrial Security, and Occupational Health and Safety requirements and standards.Evaluate subordinates performance in a fair, transparent and objective manner in a periodic basis.Ensure proper implementation of the policies, procedures and standards developed by NWC.Supervised and optimize O&M , CS activities in the branch and the use of resources allocated to it, to optimize the efficiency.Carry out any other tasks requested by the direct manager or the superior that are within the limits of the job, provided that this task does not make a fundamental difference in the basic tasks of the job.Job RequirementsBA/BS ( Master preferred ) in Engineering or equivalent7+ Years of experienceBehavioral CompetenciesCustomer Focus – Customer Care / ServiceTeamwork – Delivering Information and AssistanceEffective Communication – Attentively ListeningProblem Solving – Defining a ProblemResults Orientation – Progress and Results
