Business Application Specialist

PRIMARY FUNCTION:Provide required support for various office users, software maintenance, support to Plant and HO application for smooth functioning.DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Providing end-to-end support for ERP solution/Oracle Implementation from requirement gathering, planning, budgeting, staffing, problem solving and daily administrative tasks.Defining business applications processes and procedures in day-to-day operational applications support.Performing testing for ERP system development determining governance lifecycle setup and technical troubleshooting.Provide Oracle fusion training to the end-users covering Oracle HCM, ESS Portal; CRM Sales, Payroll, Finance (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets) Supply Chain, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Procurement and Assets Inventory.Providing continual enhancements with expertise in designing business solutions.Mapping business application requirements through Gap Analysis; understanding business process, studying & analyzing workflow to design solutions using (As-Is, To-Be model).Preparing detailed process flow for functional requirements and creating & validating master data and documents.Ensuring smooth coordination with 3rd parties (Oracle Partner) in terms of development & customization in applications; integrating with other modules, testing for new functionalities, coordinating integration and extending post go-live support.QUALIFICATIONS:Education:Bachelor degree in Information System or Computer Application.Certified Application Administrator is a plus.Experience:4+ years of experience in Business Solutions and ERP.Job Specification: Excellent Troubleshooting and Problem Solving.Exposure on Oracle ERP System.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work well with people.Networking Knowledge, Project Management, team management, time management.Ability to manage tension or conflict between parties by using appropriate conflict management tools and methods.Ability to influence others and stimulate them towards achieving aspired goals.
