About usFlorius Flowers has a wide range of fresh flowers (Hypericum Coco and Veronica Smart) grown in the highlands of Kenya, Ethiopia, and Colombia. We work as efficiently, and customer-oriented as possible to sell our flowers through our own developed platform. As a multinational company, we have colleagues in different parts of the world to achieve our goal: “Bringing the best flowers to any place in the world”.In Dubai, we are responsible for worldwide sales and deliveries to customers from Sydney to San Francisco. From Dubai we monitor the production and harvest at the various farms; we manage the sales process, and we arrange the logistics. The flower trade runs 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and our office is also set up for that. You will work with a dynamic and enthusiastic team 5 days per week, in both morning and evening shifts and on weekend days.About youWe are looking for a Business Development Executive with a sales-driven mind (B2B) and strong analytical skills. Together with your colleagues, you keep track of the flower inventory at the different farms and plan and monitor sales & logistics. You will be responsible for certain markets; getting to know your customers, acquiring new, developing sales strategies, and actively executing them. Next to these daily tasks you handle our communication channels.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:• Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Sales, Accounting or equivalent• Excellent verbal and writing skills in Business English • Flexible in working hours and days• Extensive knowledge of MS Excel • Exceptional planning skills and eye for detail• Problem-solving and analytical skills• Deadline control & time management• A team player with a hands-on attitudeJOB DESCRIPTIONThe job comprises but is not limited to the following tasks:- Full range sales, operations, planning, and business development- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers- Handle office-related tasks such as answering phone calls- Responsible for general administrative tasks- Freight planning and ensuring proper distribution in different markets- Communicate with the partner farms and logistics- Manage shipments en route to clients- Assist clients in sales and their order requests- Pursue sales prospects and develop a Sales Funnel- Actively manage Customer Relationship DatabaseIs the above calling your name, apply now!
