ABOUT THE COMPANYBased in Dubai and serving all of the UAE, Fund Land Vending Machines Trading L.L.C provides our clients with high quality cotton candy vending machines in all children’s sections.We work with companies of all sizes, from single location businesses to chains to larger corporate entities.KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-Identify the Vending & Event opportunities in the region.-Contacting potential clients to showcase the vending machines and arrange meetings.-Follow-up with customer to install the machine.-Ensure all necessary documentations required are completed.-Ensure vending machines are displayed in strategic locations.-Keep a track of all new and prospective customer locations in the assigned region.-Revenue per machine achievements-Make a list of prospective events and ensure participation.-Ensure collection as per the agreed terms trough our operations and maintenance departmentCUSTOMER-Create engaging relationship with all the customers and ensure we are the preferred brand.-Attend customer queries and complaints on priority and resolve.-Use after-sales activities that will increase customer lifetime value-BUSINESS PROCESS-Ensure achieving the vending machine turn over with customers as targeted-Ensure vending machine agreement is maintained with due approvals from both company and the customer.-Effective planning of the sales targets and a detailed action plan on how the same will be achieved-Daily/weekly/monthly review of customer wise sales and come out with solution to ensure we exceed the budgeted sales and take corrective actions wherever required-Ensure strict compliance of brand standardsPEOPLE-Engage and motivate the operators and train on the GCC standards-Create a pool of good talent who can be promoted for the next level-Other initiatives-Be proactive and increase the visibility of our products, increase the space and earn additional revenue for the businessIMPORTANT TO KNOW-we provide a company vehicle-we provide bonus based on Achievement of Annual Performance GoalsABOUT YOU§ Excellent English skills§ Preferably with vending experience§ UAE Driving License§ Exception skills in selling, client prospecting & negotiations.§ High level of energy & enthusiasm§ Good product presentation & influencing skills§ Ability to multi task, take up the events & do end to end operations & coordination of all major & minor events as required.§ Results driven and have eye to foresee new opportunities
