JOB PURPOSE / ROLE:To manage the BI Unit within the Data Management Department within SIMAH. This role involves undertaking various activities that covers various areas related to BI such as develop BI dashboards, and generate data reporting and analytics, and data storytelling to support decision-makers in within SIMAH.AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:Accountable Area;Key Responsibilities;Strategic:Contributes to the development of SIMAH’s Data Management strategic and leadership.Day- to-day operations:Follows the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.Fully and effectively, manage the BI Unit in the Data Management Department within SIMAH to help the organization to achieve Data-Driven culture.Responsible in managing development, deployment, and operation of BI dashboard, and data analytics product and business reporting for all SIMAH units.Support decision-makers by delivering informative insights.Develop and implement the Business intelligence process, procedures, and policies.Build comprehensive roadmap for Business intelligence domain.Ensure access to data reporting tools and portals is granted to the right people for the right situationContinuous Improvement:Support in overseeing the overall Data Management activities within SIMAH and continuing the progress within the department.Assess periodically the employee relation processes and ensure the complete processes.Reporting:Lead in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of SIMAH to meet company and department requirements, policies, and standards.Safety, Quality & Environment:Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.Related Assignments:Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, information system, statistics or equivalent.Minimum Experience:5-8 years of relevant experienceLanguage:English: Advanced.TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AREAS:Achieving ResultsTeam buildingProblem solvingCORE COMPETENCIES:Communication & Openness:Openly & proactively sharing relevant knowledge, information & understanding with others.
