We are a Specialist Cleaning Service Company in Dubai, primarily in the feilds of AC Duct Cleaning and Mold Remediation.We are looking for a sales representative to add to our team.Our success is pinned to how the sales team perform. We actively believe that sales is not done in our office, but is done in the client’s office. This role, although office based suits someone who is comfortable going out to meet new and existing customers……. Nicely put, we don’t want to see you in the office all the time…. We have an uncapped commission, so the more money you generate, the more money you take home.Role Responsibilities Include: Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Your duties will include meeting potential clients; selling our current services and looking for new opportunities to sell services into. This process will involve estimation and problem solving skills along with negotiating skills. Once sold, you will need to support the operations team in completing the project and, if required, follow the project until payment. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Include:> Generating leads. > Meeting or exceeding sales goals. > Negotiating contracts with prospective clients.> Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes and negotiations. > Preparing weekly and monthly reports. > Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients. > Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.> Understanding and promoting company programs.> Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients. > Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.>Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs and services. > Maintaining client records. > Answering client questions about prices and availability. > Ability to read drawings and estimate projects The role is 5 days per week, but you are expected to be reachable 24/7You will need a valid UAE drivers licence for this role.
