Role SummarySupport the department’s Business Manager in the following areas of responsibilities: Strategic planning and performance management Executing day-to-day activities, projects, and ad-hoc requests from Executive Director Managing internal and external interfaces, such as other NEOM/ENOWA departments and government entities Developing and executing Energy’s external engagement strategy Managing shared services-related processes (e.g. yearly budget exercise, recruitment plans, etc.) Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities Ensuring alignment of business goals/plans to ENOWA’s strategic objectives Implement and co-ordinate all corporate programs and strategic initiatives across the department, such as: business goals setting, performance management (incl. definition of KPIs), workforce and succession planning, leadership team strategic off-sites, department-specific action plans Support in developing and executing the Energy External Engagement Strategy Support in identifying and defining business needs for external engagement, develop themes and derive key messages to achieve business objectives through the External Engagement Strategy Identify communication channels and target audiences to place key messages per value chain area of the Energy System Design Liaise w/ENOWA Marketing team to align and execute External Engagement Strategy Managing shared-services related processes (e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement, Legal) Support business manager in preparing budget and manpower planning Maintain broad knowledge of company procedures and policies Ensure that all corporate communications are cascaded down to the department Education & Experience Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience in relevant area and technical training Minimum of BSc in Management, Business, Economics, or related field 2+ years of professional experience Previous professional experience/internship in a reputable company, ideally in strategy consulting Fluent in English Excellent communication and writing skills Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
