Business Support Manager

Lead a team of employees to manage the office operations effectively and efficiently. Manage and oversee employees performing operations management and compliance, business support services and traveler’s assistance for multiple delegated business activities such as enterprise services, finance & business, Security and Fire protection, Site services. Responsible to provide safe and secured office environment for employees and implement required measures as per government guidelines, enterprise guidelines and best practices. Responsible for site/entity compliance with local laws, immigration process as per local laws & guidelines and Boeing policies and procedures. Participate in country leadership team. Develops and maintain relationship and partnership with customer, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports. Collaborate and partner with functional and business leaders to resolve issues and implement remediation action plan. Develops and manage the operating budget. Lead monthly “Business process review” meetings and present to senior leadership. Lead assigned country/regional/global process improvements project as assigned. Maintain, Update and participate in the country Business Preparedness plans/ Country Evacuation Plan/ Dialogic Scenarios pro-actively and on time.Export Control Requirements: Not an export control positionEqual Opportunity Employer:We are an equal opportunity employer. Experience in working with diversified team. Excellent analytical skills, proven track record of implementing process improvements initiatives and ability to communicate at all levels.Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) Prior Project Management experienceLean 6 sigma certificationTypical Education & Experience Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred.
