Chief Executive Officer

Our Client: An internationally respected organization with a significant presence in the KingdomYour Role: You bring prior experience in managing P&L and large teams and have a proven track record in delivering growth. You would lead the strategy for business development, plan, design and implement the strategy to support growth. You would also look at identifying new lines of business and potential acquisitions and own the process. Identify and establish strategic alliances with key accounts/ government and semi-government organizations. Working in tandem with the board, you would set the strategy for the growth and ensure that it enshrines a meritocratic culture across the board. Must-Have: This role comes under the purview of Saudization. Preferably armed with an MBA and 20+ years of quality experience with at least five years in heading a large business. The role is industry agnostic but needs strong capabilities in man-management, business development and strategy. Strong commercial and financial skills, combined with an understanding of governance. Proven strategic planning, risk management and decision-making skills. Highly effective stakeholder relationship development skills.Proven ability to lead and maintain a culture of integrity, safety, capability and compliance.
