Chief Financial Officer

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a CFO for an international company based on Dammam. To succeed in this role you should have experience as a CFO in a company with complex financials and an extensive balance sheet.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Assisting with high-level decisions about policy and strategy.Overseeing the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.Identifying and addressing financial risks and opportunities for the company.Supervising the financial reporting and budgeting team.Reviewing financial reports for ways to reduce costs.Developing internal control guidelines, policies, and procedures for budget accounting, cash and credit management, administration, and other activities.Coordinating and directing budgeting, procurement, investment activities, and financial planning.Skills & Qualifications:A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance accounting, or related field.Proven work experience in the same field.Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting.Understanding of applicable laws and regulations.Understanding of economic principles, financial markets, and banking.Experience with budget management, public accounting, and cash flow.Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions.Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate.Proven negotiation skills
