Key Functional Accountabilities: Manage all cinema operations and ensure proper adherence to all relevant policies and regulations.Ensure a smooth guest experience at all times.Work towards achieving the cinema’s designated financial and service-related daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets.Schedule all leadership shifts (supervisors, administrators, cinema managers, and DGM), ensure proper allocation of resources, and monitor overall attendance.Conduct interviews with potential supervisors/managers and crew members if needed.Ensure proper training of all new and current employees and ensure proper rotation of responsibilities to maximize the learning and development of all employees.Liaise with HQ whenever needed, and act as the single point of contact in all cinema-related issues.Oversee daily film performance and manage the performance schedule to maximize attendance and minimize any potential risks.Oversee and guide cinema administrators and ensure the abundance of all operation-needed products.Perform any additional tasks as required by the direct manager.QualificationsSaudi NationalBachelor.Fluency in English and Arabic language, both written and spoken; strong communication skills.4-6 years of experience in guest-focused business (e.g. retail, restaurant, hospitality).At least three-years of leadership experience in multi million riyals operation business.Ability to work a variable schedule including late night, evenings, weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.Demonstrated analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage and develop leaders within an organization.Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft applications.Must be flexible to work/relocate around the kingdom with meeting some business travels.
