OVERALL PURPOSELead the Collection Section whilst ensuring the implementation of all related policies, procedures, and regulations as per NWC’s guidelines.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESFunctional ResponsibilitiesMonitor the implementation of the section’s policies and procedures while performing daily activities and processes Contribute to monitoring KPIs relevant to the area to control the performance against objectives and targets.Carry out performance appraisals for subordinates according to planned schedules and recommend necessary actions as per the applied practices Conduct periodic meetings with subordinates to ensure that priorities are clear and workflow is running smoothly Recommend appropriate training courses as per the pre-determined training needs, evaluate their eff Provide coaching, guidance and mentoring as required to enhance the internal capabilities of the team and ensure the achievement of established objectives and plans Support in allocating budgets and resources in alignment with the corporate strategy and objectives Support in the implementation of the talent management programs to maximize employee performance and development Support in the the implementation of the section’s operational plans and setting daily priorities to meet operational objectivesectiveness, and monitor their resultsOversee employees’ administrative affairs such as vacations, leaves and other administrative and related affairs Reporting difficulties facing collection and creating solution and methods to solve problems.Ensure collection targets and resolve any issue escalated.Ensure effective use of the collection department budget and accurate reprting on the progress.Oversee the communicateion with customers and ensure that there issues are resolvedDevelop collection tools and processes to ensure the achievement of all collection activities in a timely and efficient manner Oversee the collection of invoices to avoid any penalties and make sure invoice processing is performed as per the set guidelines Develop periodic and ad-hoc reports on activities related to the functional area, as requiredPerform any other tasks assigned by direct managerCarry out any other tasks requested by the direct manager or the superior that are within the limits of the job, provided that this task does not make a fundamental difference in the basic tasks of the jobMinimum Qualifications: BA/BS in Business Administration or equivalentMinimum Experience: 6+
