Job PurposeTo oversee business performance by monitoring KPIs, providing data analytics to the leadership team for decision-making, and assisting the sales and service team in achieving department targets & objectives. Key AccountabilitiesLeadership Develop appropriate processes and regular reviews to manage initiatives and processes.Support shaping the strategy and execution of strategic and innovation initiatives.Manage, support, and assess team members. Operational Identify the department’s requirements and process gaps, and implement changes.Analyze data and create monthly/weekly reports to monitor performance & mitigate any potential risks.Prepare demand forecast on a quarterly & annual basis to avoid any shortages for consumable business.Approve supplier POs and Monitor stock levels, mitigate expiry risks & inventory aging.Prepare business review presentations.Compliance & Governance for the process & KPIs.Supervise and train employees.Assist collection team for NUPCO/SGH Collection.Performs other duties and responsibilities as required for smooth and efficient operations. Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field. Minimum Experience: 6-10 years of previous experience in the same field. Skills:Must be able to form strong business relationships at all organizational levels.Must have SAP experience.Must be able to speak and understand English & Arabic.Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must be able to share knowledge and learning.Must have ability and sense of active learning.
