MAIN PURPOSE Reporting to the Head of communication, you will help define & implement the Cartier overall media, social network, press and events strategy of Saudi Arabia in coordination with the regional team and the head office to maximize Cartier’s exposure and visibility in the kingdom.Management of Press, Events and Media teams.Will also be a main pillar working alongside the Director of the department on strategic projectsKey Responsibilities Communication synergies Onboard all stakeholders from regional & market department on a consistent and unified vision.Animating the community & accompanying the teams in the phasing & delivery of projects in timely manners.Work in collaboration with the regional teams on the implementation of projects & competitors monitoring. Owned & Paid Media Coordinate with the regional media team to implement effective media strategy to ensure the Maison’s leadership and brand power by using the appropriate medias. Develop relevant media plan adapted to local specificities. Develop targeted communications for locals On-line and offline media planning management Coop recommendation and management Budget planning and monitoring Integrate all communications in alignment with the marketing strategy & the market needs: Aligned strategies between all communication channels through smooth PR/Media collaboration. Combine PR and Media ROI on a regular basis Launch effective campaigns and reach objectives: performance monitoring Competitors intelligence Press and influencers on social network (earned media) Coordinate with the regional PR team define PR strategy focusing on maximizing organic exposure for the Maison. Define KOL strategy to develop visibility and focus on clientele target. Build relationships with press and leverage media investment through free editorials. Define and share with press precise objectives, major collection focus Accompany each launch thanks to targeted PR action plan Dispatch and explain press kits Manage editorials, organize photo-shoot, propose new angles with journalists Organize Press events Develop the circle of influence in Saudi Arabia & increase the brand desirability Networking: Handle the relationship with opinion leaders, celebrities Manage social network thanks to targeted plans (bloggers, celebrities) with a focus on ePR Emphasize CSR and corporate reputation Budget planning and monitoring Events solution development and implementation Propose global and relevant events strategy to maximize the Maison exposure and visibility for the Market. Set up the program of events. Elaborate and propose Event concept based on initial brief Manage Event development and organization (launch production, coordinate Event calendar …), within a defined budget Propose several budget options to Project owner Propose external agencies. Manage contractors portfolio, and Rfp process Handle Client Treatment during Events Budget planning and monitoringDIMENSION:Geographical area: KSA & BahrainHeadcount managed 1 to 2 JOB PROFILE Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a reputed Business school with specialisation in Marketing.Required ExperienceMinimum 5-6 years relevant experience in Communication Department or Communication agency. Previous relevant experience with luxury brands is a plus.Technical Skills / Abilities Fluency in English and a third language is advantageous.
