Job DescriptionParsons is looking for two amazingly talented Contracts Administrators to join our Qiddiya Delivery Partner team! In this role you will get to work as part of our SAPL Qiddiya Infrastructure Partner (QIP), supporting our Commercial and Procurement work within the Business Management team. You will support our senior managers at every stage of this mega project delivery of infrastructure and logistics management across the entire city wide development.What You’ll Be DoingSupport the development of the contract management plans plans led by our senior managers and Directors.Responsible for supporting the oversight of all contract management among our team as directed by the senior contracts management team.Support the interface contract management with all contractors, consultants and Client bodies as required.Responsible for working closely with QIC and delivery partners for integrated contract management approaches, including authority approvals as required.Reports contract management issues to the Senior Commercial and Procurement managers and helps to develop appropriate mitigations.Maintains clear and concise work standards and goals; diligently undertakes training and development; completes performance evaluations, takes corrective action as necessary.Ensures adherence to all corporate, contractual, ethics and safety standards, policies and procedures.Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.Preferred Educational BackgroundDegree in a technical field or related field (or equivalent) and at least 5-10 years of related experience in contracts management.Skills And CompetenciesDemonstrated teamwork and management skills.Strong written and oral communication, organizational, interpersonal skills, and customer service skills are required. Ability to follow through and to clearly deliver against work instructions in a complex multi-party environment.Must function effectively under time constraints, schedule workload to meet deadlines, and have the ability to prioritize.Strong understanding and appreciation of contracts management in complex environments and within the major program sector, preferably within the KSA.Ability to work in a matrix organization (dual reporting). Ability to interact with senior-level management. Ability to consult, motivate, and negotiate effectively with client groups, co-workers, employees, vendors, and contractors.
