You can communicate with full proficiency in English (Fluent).2. You can communicate with full proficiency in Hindi (Fluent).3. Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.4. You have min 1 year customer service experience in a call center.5. You have telesales experience.6. Proven track record of over-achieving targets.7. Must have a polite tone and voice.8. Communication in Hindi/ English must be easily understood.9. Be compassionate and calm in stressful situation.10. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.11. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.Your job duty is as the following:1. Communicate with clients via phone calls or chat.2.
