– Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree- 3-5 years experience in the same capacity in a manufacturing or building materials industry- Excellent communication and correspondence skills- Computer literate with experience in SAP system is preferred- Ability to work well with a team and under pressure- Quick-learner, proactive, detailed-oriented, and result-drivenMajor Responsibilities:- Responsible in updating sales related reports and presentations- Coordinate with customers and suppliers for order confirmation and delivery- Liaise with Production, Store, Logistics and sales departments for schedule of order deliveries- Responsible in preparation of purchase requisition for fabricated materials including third party orders in SAP system- Manage the preparation and review of contract/supply agreements, and vendor registrations- Manage the preparation of work orders for Production- Provide briefings on sales activities and other sales related issues
