Role DescriptionCustomer Service Representative you will be responsible for the day to day operation of a range of Leisure and Entertainment activities at Riyadh Boulevard.The two facilities are;The Adventure Towers – two freestanding tower activities located across the park, incorporating climbing walls, freefalls and two high-level ziplines across the park.A 2,500 SQM Indoor Adventure Park. Designed for adults and kids, this space will include a range of activities from Climbing Walls, Trampolines, Ropes Courses, Pump Tracks and Tubing Racers. This will be supported by a café, vending machines, and party rooms.Responsibilities: Welcoming the Customers and collects payments from customers via cash, check, credit cards.Receiving collections and checking the amount received compared with the invoices issued. Deposit the collection to the bank on the following day.Make sure that there is enough petty cash fund to pay for petty expenses to be incurred by workshop and outlet.Prepare claims on a weekly basis or as needed to be sent to Payables Central Office for replenishment..Greet customers entering the establishment, answer customer’s queries and provide information about our offersPerform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time.Education and ExperienceHigh School0 -2 years’ experienceAdditional QualificationsSaudi National onlyExcellent communication skillsFluent in Arabic & Basic English languages
