Receiving incoming calls to the call center and dealing with them in proportion to the nature of the required service, recording complaints and dealing with them according to the applicable regulations, answering incoming inquiries, and providing the appropriate service to customers.Responsibilities- Receiving incoming calls to the call center.-Dealing well with the caller in proportion to the nature of the inquiry and trying to provide solutions.-Record all incoming calls in the system and specify the type of inquiry required for each call.-Record all complaints received by the call center.-Implementation of customer service procedures and instructions.- Adhere to the instructions of the Quality Unit to ensure the progress of work in accordance with the approved procedures and instructions.- Comply with the instructions of the internal regulations for the call center employees.Qualifications-Bachelor Degree ( English Language is a preference) -Fluent Spoken and Written English, Arabic Language.-Active Listening and Excellent Communication Skills.-Team Work Skills.Advanced Skills in Microsoft Office of Different System Applications.-Job Type: Full Time.-Job Location: Riyadh
