Job Purpose:The Data Analysis Section Manager establishes procedures for extracting information and reporting requirements, and manages the collection, processing, preparation and dissemination of information and data to stakeholders to ensure smooth and complete business completion.Duties & Responsibilities:1- Strategic Planning:Preparing the operational plan for Data Analysis in line with the Data and Business Intelligence action plan and IT strategic plan.Managing Key Performance indicators and monitoring/measuring progress.2- Operations and budget management:Provide inputs to the budget in accordance with the action plan and projectsFollow and keep abreast with best practicesDevelop processes, procedures, models, and tools to analyze data in accordance with policies and prepare business needs for automation in coordination with information systems.Implementation of control systems and reporting compliance and performance.Supervising the day-to-day activities of the work team and ensuring that work procedures are implemented as per defined processes.Make operational decisions related to data analysis or attribution to data and business intelligence when necessary.3- Data Management and Business Intelligence:Develop reporting requirements and procedures in line with business needs to facilitate ideas development.Develop procedures and sources for extracting information to support reportingManage the preparation of reports on information and data from various systems and sources.Participate in the development of pictograms, information analysis and business intelligence methodologies to ensure faster data assessment.Management of statistical and logical techniques applied to divide and link data and transform it into readable and understandable information to enable its use and reporting.Manage inquiries, reports and complex dashboards designed to help departments and stakeholders conduct specific customer analytics.Monitoring the unrealized goals in the work of the Information Technology Department, according to the studies prepared about them, and following them up with the relevant stakeholders.Manage information and knowledge transferred to stakeholders to help resolve missteps, organize changes, and make decisions about whether to publish.Managing the preparation of forms to save information of all kinds in line with the bank’s institutional structure.4- People Management:Contribute to recruiting talents in the section.Provide guidance, advice, and support to subordinates to perform their duties in accordance with approved policies and procedures.Empowering employees and providing formal and informal feedback to support professional development and best performance.5- Additional Activities:Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with external stakeholders such as government agencies and advisors to serve the Bank.Support colleagues in the organizational structure when needed in the performance of their responsibilities.Participate in the preparation of reports related to activities and achievements to make the necessary decisions.Perform other activities as necessary.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data science, Computer science, or any related field.6 to 8 years of experience, with at least a year of experience in a supervisory position.Advanced knowledge in Data Management.Advanced knowledge in Data analysis and reporting. Advanced knowledge of information systems.Advanced knowledge in Follow-up and performance monitoring .Advanced knowledge in IT Change Management.
