Job titleDigital Product Development Analyst 1Job purposeThe job holder is responsible for performing business analysis activities with minimal supervision including identifying and analyzing CHI external Digital Product requirements and developing testing cases in line with needs and priorities.Responsibilities• Work on collecting and integrating market needs (for each offering or sector), NPHIES revenues, generic emerging solutions and healthcare technologies to identify opportunities for digital services to develop a feasibility study• Collect detailed external business requirements to prepare for the identification of technical requirements and to develop the products. • Implementation of requirements engineering to ensure a feasible application• Prepare a requirements document describing in full detail all the mechanisms that must be implemented in order to meet the specifications• Coordination with the Digital Strategy Department and the relevant departments of the Council to achieve compatibility with the digital strategy, needs and requirements• Preparing feasibility studies to justify adding new solutions or updating existing solutions to the portfolio in line with digital needs and strategy• Preparing Business models, Business case and financial models • Promote digital board solutions to attract potential clients• Work on the roadmap including timelines and implementation strategies• Collaborate with the Technical Services Department during idea generation and development to ensure requirements are met• Work with the Digital Governance Department to develop RFPs in line with digital requirements and needs Department of Sector Configuration and Empowerment to market new/updated digital solutions• Running beta programs and testing them on products in the early stages• Working on identifying products, conducting research on them, creating product requirements, developing marketing strategies, and defining specificationsEducation, Certifications• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a related field• Certified Business Development Manager or Certified Business Development Professional or Certified Expert in Business Development (CEBD) or Certified Product Management ( CPM) or New Product Development ( NPD) or any other equivalent certification is preferable• English language level: IntermediateExperience• 3+ years of relevant experience • Experience in Product Analysis, Service commercialization and Digital Products Development• Previous experience in government sector or regulatory bodies is preferableIf you meet the job requirements, please apply hereor send your CV to [اضغط هنا لمشاهدة البريد اﻹلكتروني] , make sure the job title is written in the email subject ( Digital Product Development Analyst 1).
