KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESProject Management Office:Lead and direct the management of change through continuous improvement of departmental systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international leading practice’, changes in international standards and changes in the business environment which demand proactive action plans.Work with business lines/units to identify key areas of improvement, assess change requests and select appropriate strategic projects in line with the organization’s strategy, annual plans and budgets. Provide advice on the design and set-up of various projects in consultation with Chief Strategy, as well as the company’s Senior Management team.Direct and facilitate effective alignment, reporting and delivery of all projects and initiatives, IPO and strategic projects in order to ensure that all projects are being executed within stated timelines, quality and budgets.Establish and enforce company level, program planning, project planning, management, and delivery of quality standards to ensure that all initiatives implemented are being managed as per the highest project management standards.Identify, oversee and manage relationships with external consultants providing relevant services to projects to ensure external support optimization and maximized return on investment of related services. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Project ManagementMBA is preferred. Experience: 10-13 years of project management experience in a progressive company6 years’ experience at a senior position leading projects of a spectrum of processes.
