KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Provide guidance in conducting research on latest trends and best practices and manage the identification of operational inefficiencies to provide recommendations to review and update the organization structure accordinglyIdentify new opportunities to include and prioritize across the organization based on input of all internal divisions/ departments and maintain a culture of continuous improvementMonitor the development of potential initiatives/ projects and quality management programs in line with the company’s strategy to allow for expansion and ensure achievement of Institutional excellence in various quality disciplinesReview the company’s current state assessment by ensuring current gaps and issues is properly addressed and by identifying operational room for improvements to optimize Institutional excellence Ensure business excellence, quality management and associated international standards and guidelines are implemented across all departments to provide high quality operationsEstablish the organization’s authority matrix and governance model and implement updates on a regular basis to guarantee efficiencyManage identification of key decisions and interactions and determine required committees for efficient activities and define operating model including meetings schedule and timelines and decision rights to ensure high level of performanceEnsure all of the internal process owners benefit from developed workshops, engage and fully align with programs’ objectives to ensure proper implementationManage the design and implementation of the company’s processes including business owners and required steps and ensure all operations adhere to the set processes to drive organizational successEnsure continuous monitoring and analysis on performance of implemented processes and practices and identify areas for optimization to recommend preventive and corrective action plans as neededEnsure monitoring of the overall performance of all the implemented quality programs and initiatives within the company, assess the level of integration among programs, possibilities for improvement and guide needed actions to ensure continuous efficiency and relevancy of implemented programsEstablish and ensure implementation of plans for business continuity in the event of a crisis and develop operational recovery actions to respond to disruptive events Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Project ManagementMBA is preferred. Experience: +5 years of relevant experience in a progressive company+2 years’ experience at a senior position leading projects of a spectrum of processes.
