Job DescriptionAs a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and organizing all project documents, ensuring their accuracy, and maintaining proper record-keeping. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a systematic flow of documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.SkillsResponsibilities:Create, manage, and maintain document control processes and systemsEnsure all project documents are accurate, complete, and up-to-dateReview and verify documents for quality, accuracy, and completenessOrganize and maintain project files and records, both physically and electronicallyTrack and monitor the progress of documents, ensuring timely and efficient distributionImplement and enforce document control procedures and policiesCollaborate with project teams to ensure proper document control practices are followedPrepare and maintain reports on document control activitiesAssist in the identification and implementation of document control software and toolsTrain and educate employees on document control procedures and best practicesPreferred Candidate:Minimum 2 years of experience in document control or related fieldBachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldProficient in document control software and tools ACONEX etc.Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectivelyKnowledge of industry regulations and standardsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh level of integrity and professionalismFluency in English, both written and spokenSkillsProficiency in document control software and toolsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectivelyKnowledge of industry regulations and standards
