Amazon, Noon e-commerce portals managing: 2 years (Preferred)Duties & Responsibilities:Reviewing product listings on sites such as E-Commerce Website, Amazon, Noon, Carrefour to ensure they are consistent with company policiesCreating product descriptions (English & Arabic) and images and videosAssisting with the planning, scheduling, and promotion of sales events to increase revenueMarketing customers about new products or services offered by the company through online platformsCreating online marketing campaigns, brochures, leaflets etc. to promote specific products or services to specific customer groupsMaintaining the company’s online presence by monitoring website analytics and making modifications whenever requiredManaging pricing for products sold online through various channelsAssisting with inventory operations, shipping and returnsCommunicating with customers via email, phone or social media to address issues or concernsRequirements:2-4 years in UAE as E-Commerce Coordinator with E-commerce business development & sales in UAEDiploma in E-Commerce or Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in E-Commerce Management/Marketing from a Recognized UniversityKnowledge of Social Media posting, Keywords for Online Sales, Search Engine OptimizationExtensive knowledge of E-commerce product flow and web store performance optimizationExcellent communication skills, written and verbal (English & Arabic) with the ability to clearly communicate issues to all levels of managementPresentation (including verbal, written, online design and interpersonal) skills with data analysis, graphs, market trends, sales reports etc.Highly creative with ability to think out of boxProficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, HTML and Adobe Photoshop/IllustratorGood understanding of programming/usability, web analytics, design and functionalityExperience in buying, selling and merchandising retail products
