The ability to mentor junior staff, and from time to time to supervise their work.Role responsibilities:Experience on assessing Lube oil and test results and provide corrective and actions as requiredConducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company’s policies and proceduresDevelop, Review, improvise/optimize Condition Monitoring & Preventive maintenance program for Rotary Equipment of Petrochemical complex. Develop, review & improvise predictive maintenance & Condition Monitoring proceduresCollect, review & Analyse condition monitoring data from offline & on-line systems & issue recommendations/ReportsCarry out In-site balancing of Rotors & witness shop balancing of rotors as per best practices & standardsIdentify and address frequently recurring problems within levels of expertise and experience, reaching solutions, for senior review prior to implementation, through standard procedures and professional knowledge.Support of Identifying bad actors & propose recommendation/solutions to eliminate them. Prepare the Reliability Condition Monitoring report on monthly basisLead or participate in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) study and failure investigations related to Rotary equipmentConduct Reliability studies of rotating equipment for improvement Acquire data from a diversity of sources, and carry out analyses as an input to problem resolution and trend analysisIssues periodic reports demonstrating assets health condition in a simple & easy structure to allow customers (maintenance personnel) to fully understand & utilizeEnsure strict compliance with all approved HSE procedures and practices in order to afford protection to life, property and the environmentCarry out shop balancing for large rotors on balancing machine at workshop works closely with maintenance staff and advise on preventative & predictive maintenance proceduresAssist in site acceptance test runs and commissioning new rotating equipment.Develop and improve the technical & predictive maintenance skills.Require strong analytical techniques and the ability to solve complex problems through an organized, logical and systematic approachConduct the commissioning activities for new installed equipment with reference to international standards and codesPerforms other duties such as maintaining work records and vibration history logs, attending regular meetings with Maintenance and Rotating team.Review the major overhauling scope of work, identify the hold points & prepare the checklistCommunicate to vendor/ OEM for any improvement and consultationProvide first-line supervision and act as a technical reference point for fresh and are rotating engineers and assigned technicians and monitor progress to ensure completion of tasks to time and quality standards.Participating in plant turnaround activities as and when requested by the direct supervisor.Ensures Machinery name plate data and historical data is available and of good quality.Troubleshooting of Rotary Equipment problems & recommending corrective measuresCoordinate with Reliability Rotating Engineer for any improvement related to maintenance strategy based on vibration assessmentKeeps a track of “Equipment under Alert” list for assigned plant area. Establishes proper storage of the Equipment report and dataWork with the Rotating Equipment Team Leader in the development of annual budgets and play a key role in the management and control of costsProvides on the spot analysis for the collected data to identify the root cause, severity and hence decides the priority level for the corrective task related to each individual problem and hence ensures the work orders include all these data with clear corrective actionsQualification and Requirements:Minimum Degree BSC in Mechanical Engineering10+ years of experience in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industries.Vibration certificate Level-III is must Lube oil analysis certificate preferable Ultrasound technique is preferableThermography technique is preferableOnline Analysis System such as System-1 Familiar with other vibration analysis software such as SKF and Emerson
