ERP System Administrator

Job Summary:To provide support for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 14 to the internal clients and assist users with day-to-day operations using ERP system and customization for internal requirementsResponsibilities:Proven experience supporting Business Central 14 and higher versions.Design new reports, and XML Ports as per new requirements.Experience in Design, development, Testing, and implementation of new customization in Navision/Business Central.Technical programming/ basic code review/ debugging – C/AL, C/SIDEDynamics NAV Web Services / Report designingSQL Server Administration and Development KnowledgeDeveloping SQL Server Reporting Services.knowledge of MS SQL ServerHaving an excellent analytical skillHaving good written and verbal communication skills.Being able to interact with System users and stakeholdersBeing able to prioritize tasks.Experience with LS Hospitality will be added advantageProvide second-line support and escalate to third-line support where required.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in any of the following areas (Computer Science or Engineering or any equivalent degree).3-5 years of experience in the full life-cycle successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics.Fluent In English (Written-verbal).Exceptional ability to provide technical support and resolve queries.Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Being able to work alone or with a team.Well Organized and Oriented.Well-developed verbal and listening skills.
